As our Senior Manager – Talent Operations, you will lead strategy and execution across workforce planning, analytics, recruiter enablement, and TA program governance.You’ll operate as a strategic partner to Talent Leadership, Finance, and business stakeholders—owning executive insights, driving transformation readiness, and establishing operational rigor across global Talent Acquisition.
