Scope:Core responsibilities to include handling day-to-day support tickets , work on enhancement requests.As part of Tech team this position will lead toward technical advancement of Ironclad CLM solution. This position will provide an opportunity to explore, troubleshoot and develop solutions on various functional domains and provide a good learning curve.The role involves business stakeholder interaction to gather requirements and knowledge on Contract life cycle managementUnderstand the impact of Legal data changes and seek confirmation from business before making any changes in the system.Our current technical environment:Software: Ironclad CLM toolWhat you’ll do:Design and implement Ironclad workflows, templates, and approval processesConfigure dynamic fields, conditional logic, and contract templatesDevelop and maintain Ironclad integrations (Salesforce, Workday, DocuSign, ERP, etc.)Build and manage API-based integrations and custom solutionsPerform system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimizationCollaborate with Legal and business teams to gather requirementsMaintain governance, user roles, permissions, and security settingsSupport data migration and document importsProvide user training and documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory standardsWhat we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM and 10+ years of overall experience implementing and supporting enterprise CLM platforms (e.g., Icertis, Agiloft, Docusign CLM, etc.). Strong knowledge of workflow automation and contract lifecycle processesExperience with REST APIs and system integrationsProficiency in JavaScript or low-code/no-code automation toolsExperience integrating with Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
