Associate Trademark Watch Analyst

We are looking for Associate Trademark Watch Analyst to join our Watch Analysis team in Belgrade.This is an amazing opportunity to work on different trademark-watch analysis projects. If you have strong attention to detail and have worked in a client/customer-facing role, then we would love to speak with you!About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Proficient in English (additional Italian, German or French proficiency is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook...) with an accent on ExcelBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .  1 year of working experience in a business/customer-focused environment.Working experience with multi-tasking and balancing priorities and shifting deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet)What will you be doing in this role? Provide customer service support to Watch customersEnsure that qualitative Watch reports are produced for CompuMark clientsAssure accurate maintenance of clients’ Watch portfoliosSuccessfully complete applicable training to learn all job-relevant systems and informationMaintain an active understanding of the intellectual property (IP) industry, and grow knowledge of relevant technologies/services/industry events to improve personal skills and gain a better understanding of customer needs. About the Team Watch Analysis team is responsible for handling inquiries regarding CompuMark Watch products and services. Responsible for Watch portfolio maintenance, making sure that orders are entered, updated, and canceled as customers requested and invoiced in a timely and correct manner.
