As we scale, we are looking to bring on an experienced Analytics leader to own and manage critical reporting and operations workflows in support of this team.  What You'll Do: Own our Field-facing reporting suite , working in our BI systems to streamline reports and delivery vectors in an effort to enable data-driven decisions by Field leaders.  Partner deeply with Field Leadership to identify areas of opportunity in our airports. You’ll evaluate the potential impact of new metrics and operating frameworks, and synthesize plans that scale those ideas into actionable plans. Serve as a strategic thought partner in execution by contextualizing trends in the data with broader company strategy and travel market trends. Partner closely with Finance to set ambitious but practical airport-level growth and revenue targets. Work with Analytics to scope and execute experiments in our airports , creating a deep playbook of winning strategies for growing CLEAR’s flagship products. What You Bring: 8+ years of experience working in business analytics, sales operations, or adjacent roles, preferably in SaaS or subscription businesses. Deep experience partnering with sales/field teams. Fluency in SQL and experience working in industry-leading BI tools. Ability to derive clarity from ambiguity, from framing questions to delivering recommendations. Strong communication skills to simplify complex analyses, defend methodological choices, and inspire action through insights. The base salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000, depending on levels of skills and experience. The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
