We are looking for a Director, Sales Operations – Platform Management to lead and scale global sales operations, enabling efficient, data‑driven revenue growth. This role will own CRM platforms and sales technologies, including CRM strategy, execution, and AI‑enabled capabilities, while driving operational excellence across the end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash process.The Director will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, IT, and Operations to strengthen operational discipline, enhance seller productivity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsMinimum of 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related functionBachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred)Deep hands‑on expertise with CRM ecosystems, particularly SalesforceStrong understanding of the Lead‑to‑Cash lifecycle, including contracts, renewals, master data, and governanceAbility to translate business strategy into scalable operating models, delivering large‑scale transformation initiatives with measurable impact in complex B2B environments.Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills, with proven experience leading global, cross‑functional teamsIt would be great if you also hadExperience leading end‑to‑end CRM migration programs, including requirements definition, data mapping, system configuration, UAT, and deploymentExposure to AI‑driven sales platforms and automation initiativesStrong experience with data analysis, customer segmentation, and sales performance insightsFamiliarity with governance models, data privacy, and compliance standards in enterprise environmentsExperience managing external vendors and third‑party technology integrationsWhat will you be doing in this role?Lead Sales Operations strategy and execution, owning the operating model, CRM platforms, sales technologies, and core master data while translating business objectives into scalable processes and roadmaps.Drive revenue and operational impact, leading cross‑functional initiatives to improve predictability, retention, and productivity, while managing budgets, resources, and large‑scale transformation programs.Lead and continuously optimize CRM (Salesforce) and the sales technology stack, driving AI‑enabled capabilities, automation, and workflow simplification to improve seller efficiency, revenue growth, and operational scalability.Act as the central owner of the Lead‑to‑Cash ecosystem, partnering with IT and Business Systems on enhancements and integrations, managing vendors, and leading end‑to‑end CRM migration programs.Own CRM master data governance, defining and enforcing data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, access controls, privacy compliance, and audit readiness, while partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Collections, and Product teams.Lead and develop high‑performing global teams, driving strong people leadership, operational rigor through SLAs and performance standards, and a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure compliant and efficient operations, maintaining high standards across legal, regulatory, and audit requirements while supporting sellers through scalable and effective operational practices.About the Team   A global Sales Operations team driving complex CRM migrations, ensuring seamless data mapping, integrations, validation, and system optimizationHours of Work  40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, Hybrid work modelAt Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all  qualified persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
