This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Finance, Accounting, and Operations, to ensure optimal use of the company's financial resources and maintain liquidity.What you will do:Global Card Program OwnershipSupport Treasury’s role in the global rollout and ongoing management of a new American Express credit card programPartner cross-functionally with AP, Travel & Expense, Procurement, IT, and American ExpressAssist with governance, reporting, controls, and documentation related to the global card programWork to drive compnay wide adoption and usageInsurance Program SupportAct as the primary Treasury contact for all insurance-related activitiesLead data gathering and analysis for two annual insurance renewal cyclesManage insurance invoicing, documentation, and internal reportingSupport claims management, including coordination with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholdersMaintain organized policy records and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirementsForeign Exchange & Hedging (Including FXALL Execution)Support the company’s FX risk management and hedging program across global entitiesPerform FX exposure analysis, forecasting, and data preparation to support hedging decisionsExecute FX trades using FXALL, including trade booking, confirmations, and counterparty coordinationSupport post-trade and back-office activities, including settlement, documentation, and controlsPartner with Accounting on FX-related accounting activities, including hedge accounting support, FX remeasurement, and month-end closeAssist with FX reporting, effectiveness analysis, and risk metrics for Treasury leadershipTreasury Operations & SystemsSupport daily treasury operations including cash positioning, banking administration, and reportingLeverage Kyriba for cash management, FX activity tracking, and treasury reportingUtilize Workday to support finance data needs, reporting, and cross-functional reconciliationCoordinate with internal teams and external banking partners on global treasury initiativesContribute to process improvements, documentation, and internal control enhancementsWhat we are looking for:RequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3+ years of treasury experienceWork history supporting a global or multinational companyHands-on experience with Kyriba or similar TMS systemExperience working with Workday or similar HR/ERP systemExperience with foreign exchange, trading, or FX hedging activitiesStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiencyPreferredExperience using FXALL for FX trading or executionExperience supporting or managing corporate insurance programsFamiliarity with hedge accounting (ASC 815)#LI-HYBRID-------------------------------------------The annual salary range for this position is $79,615.38 - $100,384.61 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
