This role involves creating learning materials, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with various departments to ensure that educational initiatives meet the company's strategic goals and support Blue Yonder's products and solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery & FacilitationDeliver instructor-led training (virtual and onsite) across assigned Blue Yonder solutionsTailor sessions to align with customer objectives, use cases, and skill levelsFacilitate hands-on learning that reinforces real-world applicationMaintain a professional, confident presence in all customer interactionsContent Development & MaintenanceDevelop and maintain training materials aligned to current product capabilities and roadmapIncorporate practical scenarios to enhance applicability and learner engagementContinuously improve course structure, flow, and effectivenessCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product Management and Product Development to stay current on solution enhancementsCollaborate with Professional Services to align training with implementation approaches and customer needsWork with Education Operations and peers to ensure consistency in delivery standards and content qualityCustomer Enablement & ExperienceTranslate complex functional and technical concepts into clear, actionable learningGuide customers in applying training concepts within their operational environmentsGather and apply learner feedback to improve training effectivenessDeliver consistent, high-quality customer experience across engagementsOperational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementTrack key learning metrics, including customer satisfaction, training quality, and adoption outcomesIdentify opportunities to improve delivery, scalability, and learner engagementContribute to standardization of best practices, tools, and delivery methodologiesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience3–5 years of experience delivering training or relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or Professional ServicesExperience with enterprise software or SaaS solutions preferredExperience in customer-facing roles such as training, implementation, or operational enablementWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationallyFunctional or technical experience in one or more of the following:Allocation and Replenishment (including legacy Fulfillment and Order Optimization)Demand and Supply Planning (including legacy planning solutions such as Legacy Allocation, Dynamic Allocation, Enterprise Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization)Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to solve functional and technical challenges in real timeHigh attention to quality and detail in delivery and contentAdaptability in dynamic, customer-facing environmentsStrong collaboration across cross-functional teamsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to impactful learningSuccess MeasuresHigh-quality, on-time delivery of training engagementsCustomer satisfaction and training feedback scoresMeasurable impact on customer adoption and solution utilizationEffectiveness and relevance of training contentContribution to scalable and standardized Education Services practicesPlease note: We are open to remote first options across the UK but there could be up to 25% travel required.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
