This role sits at the intersection of cloud operations, sales, finance, and partner ecosystems, ensuring accurate creation, execution, and lifecycle management of private offers. The ideal candidate has experience working with cloud platforms, deal structuring, and cross-functional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and track private offers within public cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner teams to structure and execute custom private offersEnsure pricing, discounting, and contract terms are accurately reflected in marketplace offersMonitor offer lifecycle stages including creation, approval, activation, and expirationMaintain documentation and audit trails for all private offer transactionsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to offer deployment, acceptance, or billing discrepanciesSupport forecasting and reporting of marketplace revenue and pipelineStay current on marketplace policies, pricing models, and compliance requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline private offer operationsAssist in automation initiatives using internal tools or scripts where applicableRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field2–5 years of experience in cloud operations, sales operations, or deal desk functionsFamiliarity with public cloud platforms and marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneouslyExperience working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce)Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting SaaS or subscription-based business modelsUnderstanding of cloud billing, pricing structures, and partner programsFamiliarity with private offer constructs such as custom pricing, Enterprise Agreements, or multi-year agreementsExperience with contract reviewThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
