About The Role This role will serve as the leader responsible for programmatic sales, building the GTM strategy and motion for how Life 360 activates its unique audience and inventory across the programmatic ecosystem. You will shape go to market strategy, deepen partnerships with leading DSPs and agencies, and develop innovative programmatic solutions that drive measurable outcomes for advertisers. The Head of Programmatic Sales (Director level ) will also lead and mentor a high performing team responsible for growing this critical business line. The US-based salary range for this position varies by location tier. For Tier 1 locations, the range is $171,000–$221,000 ; for Tier 2 locations $123,000-$199,000 and Tier 3 locations, $109,500 to $177,000, in each case plus a sales target bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package will also include equity and a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
