This individual will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training materials, ensuring alignment with Blue Yonder’s strategic goals and technical proficiencies.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Event Planning & SchedulingCoordinate and schedule paid client training engagements (virtual, onsite, and hybrid) aligned to implementation timelinesManage event calendars, timelines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent client programsEnsure alignment between contracted training scope and scheduled deliveryLogistics & Delivery ExecutionManage all training logistics including session setup, enrollment, platform readiness (LMS/virtual tools), and materials coordinationConfirm trainer readiness, course materials, and system environments prior to deliveryAct as the central point of coordination during live events to ensure smooth execution and rapid issue resolutionCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Sales and Services teams to understand client requirements, contracted deliverables, and key milestonesWork closely with Resource Management to schedule instructors and optimize utilizationCoordinate with Trainers to ensure preparedness, alignment on objectives, and delivery expectationsCollaborate with Education Operations to manage scheduling systems, reporting, and program trackingInterface with Finance to support billing, revenue recognition, and invoicing accuracyClient Engagement & CommunicationServe as a primary coordination contact for clients regarding training schedules, logistics, and expectationsManage all pre- and post-training communications including confirmations, access details, and follow-upsEnsure a high-quality, professional client experience throughout the training lifecycleOperational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate records of training events, attendance, and completion metricsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistencySupport standardization of tools, templates, and best practices across Education ServicesOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
