Overview
Our Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in providing a wide range of administrative and operational support to the CEO. This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 job; you’ll need to be flexible and available to meet the evolving needs of the business. You’ll have the opportunity to gain insights into all aspects of a rapidly growing mid-sized company, working closely with the CEO and the Leadership team.
What You’ll be Doing:
Provide high-quality, dedicated support to the CEO.
Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing inbound requests and coordinating meetings with both internal team members and external partners.
Proactively anticipate and resolve schedule conflicts, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared with necessary materials, reminders, and context for each meeting.
Create and manage correspondences, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases, as well as any other ad-hoc projects that arise.
Handle all travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and dining.
Organize, track, and manage financial matters, such as invoices, receipts, and expenses.
Manage conference registrations, logistics, and material preparation.
Coordinate Board meetings, Leadership off-sites, and all-hands meetings.
Assist in managing conference room bookings.
Provide administrative support to the Leadership team as needed.
Welcome guests, guide them to their meetings, and occasionally handle lunch orders and pickups.
Plan and execute company events, including the Holiday Party, Summer Party, Gather and Give, and other company-wide gatherings.
Manage relationships and contracts with vendors, service providers, catering companies, and property managers.
Manages office hospitality needs, including ordering meals, stocking snacks, and preparing spaces for meetings or team gatherings.
Coordinates logistics for in-office gatherings and executive lunches.
Ensures office spaces are tidy, stocked, and guest-ready.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
Prior experience supporting a chief executive at a high-tech company.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail.
Clear, concise, and engaging written and verbal communication.
Demonstrates the ability to prioritize inbound requests by evaluating their potential business impact, ensuring that urgent and high-impact tasks are handled promptly while maintaining overall efficiency and organization.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive data and information.
Proficiency in using GSuite products (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Hangouts), Slack, EOS, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
Dangerously curious and not afraid to ask questions.
A willingness to learn, which is the single most important trait for success.

Compensation and Benefits
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $98,000 to $110,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
