Our Ways of Working
Babylist thrives as a remote-first company, with HQ team members located across the U.S. and Canada. We meet in person twice a year—once as a company and once by department to strengthen the relationships that power our work. We show up consistently, stay purpose-driven, leverage AI to amplify our impact, and achieve results—together, from anywhere.
How We Work With AI
At Babylist, AI is part of how every team works - not something we are experimenting with, but something we have built into our day-to-day. We use it to move faster, make better decisions, and spend more of our energy on the work that matters most. We are looking for people who are already working this way, or who are genuinely excited to.
What the Role Is
As an Associate Branded Content Editor , you’ll own the execution of high-volume branded content across Babylist’s platforms. That includes writing, editing and producing work that is accurate, on-brand and delivered on deadline. This role sits at the center of our branded content work, where both speed and quality matter. You’ll also help improve how we work by using AI to support workflows, organization and efficiency.
Your day-to-day includes creating short-form branded content across formats like feed and newsletter copy, as well as supporting production across articles, email and onsite placements. You’ll help manage workflows and keep projects organized using tools like Asana and content trackers, ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track. You’ll work closely with editors, producers, AMs and sales to keep deliverables moving, manage multiple assignments and adapt quickly to feedback.
This is not a purely creative writing role. If you prefer long-form storytelling, slower editorial cycles or working without structure and constraints, this will be a tough fit. The work is fast, detail-heavy and structured. You’ll need to be comfortable producing a high volume of content and working within defined formats while maintaining quality.
Who You Are
2+ years in editorial, branded content, or digital media , with direct experience writing and editing short-form, high-volume content across multiple formats
Exceptional writing and editing skills , with the ability to adapt tone and structure quickly across channels (email, onsite, product, and promotional content)
Hands-on experience using large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to draft, edit, and refine content in a production environment
Strong prompt-writing skills, with experience guiding AI outputs to match specific brand voice, format, and quality standards
Experience building repeatable workflows using AI tools or automation (e.g., Zapier, custom GPTs) to increase content production speed and consistency
Comfortable working in CMS platforms and project management tools (Asana preferred), managing multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
Highly detail-oriented , with a track record of catching errors and ensuring accuracy across high-volume content production
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments , where priorities shift and feedback cycles are tight
You naturally reach for AI in your work - at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next
How You Will Make An Impact

Develop lightweight AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual production time and increase content output

Build and publish custom content in CMS tools, including managing redirects and updating live content

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
