Our brand-new warehouse in Commercial Point, Ohio, is open and we’re excited to grow our team! As a Fulfillment Team Member - Night Shift , you’ll play an important role in getting products to customers quickly and accurately. You’ll focus on picking, packing, and shipping items while ensuring everything meets our high standards. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone who enjoys steady work and making a real impact. **THIS POSITION IS FOR THE NIGHT SHIFT ONLY** Monday - Thursday from 7:30pm - 6:00am

📦 Pick & Pack – Where Orders Come To Life
Pick with Precision: Use handheld RF scanners to follow digital pick lists, locate inventory, and pull the exact items needed for customer orders
Pack with Care: Package items thoughtfully using tissue, boxes, and protective materials—ensuring every order feels intentional and gift-ready
Meet Hourly Goals: Maintain strong productivity by balancing speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Flag Issues Early: Identify and escalate missing inventory, product damage, or incorrect items before they leave the building
Maintain Station Readiness: Keep pick carts, pack stations, and shared tools organized and clean throughout your shift
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular physical activity in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. The physical expectations of the role include:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 10–12 hours per shift) with scheduled breaks
Ability to walk the equivalent of 10,000+ steps per day
Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs multiple times per hour
Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift

About Pay We pay competitive market rates. The hourly rate for this position is : $18.00 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential. ( Total of $19.50 per hour)
