Scope:Manage all learning artifacts and programs seamlessly in the LMS system (Cornerstone on Demand) and LXP.Act as the subject matter expert for Cornerstone On Demand and other LMS platforms.Manage persona-based learning pathways and onboarding journeys, tying them to skill development.Manage programs and reports within the LMS and LXP systems.Implement and maintain AI-driven tools (e.g., AI Role Play in Cornerstone) to enhance learning engagement.Generate and analyze reports on completions, feedback, test scores, and program impact.Continuously evolve using AI tools and systems to improvise the learning experience and optimize the operations.ToolsInternal AI tools; Cornerstone on Demand (LMS and LXP), Power BI for Reporting, Knowledge Management Systems, SharePoint, Microsoft SuiteWhat You’ll Do:Uploads, publishes, manages, tests, and deploys all content within the LMS/LXP, including, but not limited to, online courses, tests, surveys, evaluations, documents, instructor-led training, and various forms of curricula.Collaborates with cross-functional learning and development SMEs to determine effective methods to package and deploy various forms of training based on ease of use and completion requirements, as defined by the applicable business partnerTroubleshoots various technical issues that range from straightforward to complex, including functionality, connectivity, and access, and recommends and implements solutionsBe the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) subject matter expert. Know how the system works.Manage Persona based learning pathsways and journeys including ondemand onboardingServe as a primary contact point and support for assigned training enrollment activities, including course enrollment, roster entry, and evaluation of learning events.Liaison with the Systems and Tools team to handle any LMS-related issues.Research and potentially resolve LMS functionality-related issuesBe responsible for Catalog Management to ensure online content in the course catalog is accurate and up to date and retired as neededAnswer user queries related to learning events/objects in the learning management system.Implement and maintain use of AI Role Play tool in Cornerstone On DemandTie learning paths to persona Skills to create personalized learning for internal AssociatesProvide reporting on completions, feedback, test scores, and impact where requiredCommunicate Launch of new learning programs to respective audiencesLeverage AI to continuousely improve efficiency and scalability of learning programsWhat we are looking for:5+ years of related experience in a functional training role with an emphasis on learning technology and administrationA bachelor's degree is highly desirableExperience with LMS systems (such as SABA, Highspot, and Cornerstone) will be an added advantageA basic understanding of adult learning, e-learning, and distance learning principles requiredKnowledge of Cornerstone is a must, and other LMS platforms will be an added advantage.Strong technical capability and experience in IT systems management are preferredExperience with industry-standard publishing formats such as SCORM and AICC preferredAdvanced ability to work with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and VisioWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to solve problems and work across department boundaries independentlyAbility to manage multiple projects and timeMust be highly organized, able to research and analyze information to make appropriate decisionsExperience with basic HTML and BI Reporting preferredUnderstanding of the Kirkpatrick ModelHighly motivated and self-driven individualOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
