You will sit at the center of emerging talent strategy, partnering closely with recruiting, HR business leaders and our talent success teams to build structured, high impact experiences that develop future product and commercial leaders. This role requires both critical thinking and operational rigor, along with a passion for early career talent development! This role ensures we attract, develop and convert high potential emerging talent into impactful full time contributors and future leaders across our global business.What You Will AccomplishShape the Future of Emerging Talent DevelopmentContribute to the long term vision for emerging professionals beyond rotationsFind opportunities to build additional structured development experiences as business needs evolve Recommend scalable frameworks that strengthen our global junior talent pipeline over timeDesign and Build Early Career ProgramsArchitect and launch a new Product Rotation Program for university and early career hires, including program structure, rotation design, learning outcomes and success measuresImprove and modernize existing commercial rotation programs to ensure strong development pathways and successful full time conversionAlign program design with future skill needs and workforce planning prioritiesPartner with Emerging Talent RecruitingCollaborate closely with campus recruiting teams to align hiring volumes, candidate profiles and program capacityEnsure flawless transitions from offer acceptance through onboarding and rotation placementContribute insights to emerging talent hiring strategy based on program outcomes and workforce needsOwn End to End Program ManagementManage annual program planning across multiple regionsBe responsible for orientation, rotation matching, host manager readiness, onboarding, performance checkpoints and conversion planningBuild scalable playbooks and governance models to ensure program consistency globallyStakeholder and Executive EngagementPartner with business leaders to define relevant early career experiences tied to real business outcomesProvide clear reporting on retention, conversion, engagement and long term pipeline impactServe as the primary point of contact for early career rotation stakeholdersMeasure and ImproveSupervise key metrics such as retention, conversion to full time, performance progression and mobilityCapture participant and manager feedback to continuously improve the experienceBenchmark against industry standards in emerging talent development What You BringDedication to working our Hybrid Model with 3 days per week onsite at our San Jose, Corporate Headquarters office.5 to 7 years of experience in emerging talent, university recruiting, early career program management or talent developmentExperience building or scaling structured development programs for early career talentStrong understanding of the emerging talent  hiring lifecycle and conversion driven program designAbility to influence across business leaders, HR and talent partnersExperience managing programs across multiple regions or global marketsData driven mindset with strong project management capabilitiesConfident building new programs from scratch #LI-JG1Additional DetailsThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:$126,000 - $168,200Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
