Overview: The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Blue Yonder's key customers within the CPG vertical. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, ensuring the successful implementation and usage of Blue Yonder solutions, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. The Sr. Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and fostering a collaborative partnership with the customers.Location: US-Remote with the ability to travel up to 50%What You’ll Do:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customersUnderstand customer needs and objectives, while ensuring Blue Yonder's solutions meet those needsAct as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and supportLead customer meetings and business reviews to ensure alignment and address any issues or opportunitiesDrive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering value through Blue Yonder’s solutionsCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product Development, Support, Sales) to ensure customer successMonitor and analyze customer usage and performance metrics, and provide strategic insights and recommendationsIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional Blue Yonder solutionsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related fieldProven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accountsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with supply chain management software and solutions- knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions is a plusUnderstanding of AI and machine learning-driven applications for predictive analyticsExperience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Proficiency with CRM and project management tools-------------------------------------------The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
