The Role
We are looking for an organized and highly effective communicator to support GoGuardian’s growing channel partner ecosystem through clear, consistent, and impactful communications and enablement programs. This is a dedicated channel-facing role, focused on partner readiness and sales enablement, and is distinct from broader, end-customer marketing efforts. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our partners have the information, tools, and resources they need to successfully position and sell GoGuardian solutions. The Channel Communications & Enablement Specialist will help design and execute partner-facing communications, create enablement materials, and support the ongoing development of partner training and engagement initiatives.
You will work closely with Channel Account Managers, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales leadership to ensure that partner messaging, programs, and enablement resources are delivered clearly and consistently and are adapted specifically for the channel sales motion.
Success in this role will be measured by the effectiveness of partner communications, the quality of enablement resources, and the overall engagement and readiness of GoGuardian’s partner ecosystem. This role is designated as a hybrid position and requires the candidate to be local to the Chicagoland area. The expectation is to work from the CDW offices in downtown Chicago a minimum of two days per week.
What You'll Do
Partner Communications: Develop and manage communication rhythms for GoGuardian’s partner ecosystem, including newsletters, announcements, updates, and enablement messaging that keep partners informed and aligned with company priorities.
Enablement Content Development: Adapt and maintain partner-facing enablement materials such as sales decks, one-pagers, competitive positioning guides, product overviews, and quick reference materials.
Training & Learning Programs: Support the development and delivery of partner enablement programs including onboarding resources, training sessions, webinars, and recorded learning materials.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Channel Managers, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure messaging and resources remain aligned across internal and external audiences.
Internal Channel Enablement: Support internal teams by maintaining organized libraries of partner materials and ensuring teams have the resources needed to work with channel partners.
Operational Excellence: Help build repeatable processes for partner communications and enablement programs that support GoGuardian’s long-term channel growth strategy.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor partner engagement and feedback to continuously refine enablement programs and communication strategies.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
