Role OverviewThe Project Manager will lead complex, enterprise-scale Blue Yonder Workforce Management (WFM) implementations and enhancements. This role requires strong ownership of complex solution designs, custom development tracking, and delivery under demanding timelines for high-expectation customers. The position involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to ensure high-quality, on-time, and compliant solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & GovernanceManage end-to-end delivery of Blue Yonder WFM projects, from initiation through go-live and hypercareOwn delivery of complex functional and technical designs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and solution standardsEstablish and manage project governance, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and change control processesDrive delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on project needsComplex Design & Custom Development TrackingLead and coordinate complex solution design efforts, including custom configurations and extensionsTrack custom design and development deliverables, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are metWork closely with architects and technical leads to monitor design dependencies, impacts, and risksEnsure proper documentation, design sign-offs, and traceability across the delivery lifecycleBlue Yonder WFM & WMS ExpertiseOversee implementation of Workforce Forecasting, Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Labor Standards, and AnalyticsEnsure WFM solutions integrate effectively with upstream and downstream systems including WMSMinimum experience of 2 end-to-end WMS projects preferred, with understanding of warehouse operations and labor processesCollaborate with functional consultants to ensure WFM designs support operational and warehouse execution requirementsStakeholder & Customer ManagementAct as the primary interface with demanding enterprise customers and senior stakeholdersManage projects with aggressive timelines and high service expectations, ensuring transparent communicationProactively manage escalations, scope changes, and delivery risksConduct steering committee meetings, design reviews, and executive status updatesGlobal Delivery & Time Zone FlexibilityLead globally distributed teams across multiple time zonesDemonstrate flexibility to work with onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams as required by project demandsCoordinate cross-region workshops, testing cycles, and cutover activitiesTeam Leadership & CollaborationLead cross-functional teams including functional, technical, QA, and third-party vendorsMentor junior project managers and team membersFoster accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence within the teamRisk, Quality & Financial ManagementProactively identify and mitigate risks related to scope, custom design, integrations, and timelinesEnsure delivery quality through structured testing, validation, and sign-off processesManage project budgets, resource planning, forecasts, and financial controlsDrive continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives post go-liveRequired Skills & Experience10–15 years of overall project management experienceStrong experience in Blue Yonder Workforce Management implementationsProven ability to manage complex designs and custom development trackingDemonstrated experience handling demanding customers and tight delivery timelinesHands-on experience working with global teams across multiple time zonesWMS experience with a minimum of 2 implementation projects preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
