This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving execution across enterprise systems, infrastructure platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. You will translate large, technically complex efforts into structured, well-governed programs — ensuring architecture alignment, stakeholder coordination, and predictable delivery. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned technical program leader who can navigate system dependencies, engineering constraints, and enterprise stakeholders without losing execution momentum. What You Will Drive Enterprise Technical Program Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Digital Technology programs spanning enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and internal business applications. Convert technical strategy and architecture roadmaps into executable, cross-functional programs. Manage multi-workstream initiatives with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams. Execution & Delivery Management Build and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, and milestones across multiple teams. Balance scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk while maintaining delivery predictability. Own program-level risk, issue, and change management with proactive mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment with release management, change management, and operational readiness processes. Technical & Architectural Alignment Develop working knowledge of system architecture across ERP, HCM (Workday), cloud platforms, identity, data integrations, and enterprise tooling. Partner with architects and engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility, sequencing, and dependency management. Drive integration planning across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud ecosystems. Stakeholder & Governance Leadership Act as the connective layer between technical teams and business stakeholders. Facilitate executive and PMO governance forums, steering reviews, and status reporting. Drive clear decision-making frameworks and escalation paths. Financial & Resource Oversight Develop program cost estimates, forecasts, and tracking to actuals. Support portfolio resource planning across multiple technical disciplines and vendors. Manage external system integrators and global delivery partners. Operational Excellence Standardize program documentation, status reporting, and delivery metrics. Improve delivery processes as DT scales, contributing to PMO maturity and tooling evolution. Ensure program outcomes transition effectively into operations and support teams. Success Measures Complex technical programs delivered with predictable timelines and reduced risk exposure Clear visibility into cross-system dependencies and integration sequencing Strong stakeholder alignment across business and technical domains Effective governance and decision cadence for major initiatives Improved delivery discipline and operational readiness Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience leading enterprise IT or Digital Technology programs Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional system and infrastructure initiatives Strong understanding of enterprise system landscapes (ERP, Workday, CRM, data platforms, cloud infrastructure) Experience managing technical dependencies, integrations, and architecture-driven roadmaps Expertise in program planning, risk management, and financial tracking Experience working with global teams and external Systems Integrators Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated or high-compliance industries (medical device, aerospace, manufacturing, etc.) Background supporting enterprise infrastructure modernization or cloud transformation PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications Knowledge of IT infrastructure, InfoSec, identity, and platform engineering domains Experience contributing to PMO process and tooling maturity Leadership & Working Style Structured thinker with strong systems orientation Comfortable operating at both architectural and execution detail levels Calm under pressure with strong prioritization skills Influential communicator across technical and non-technical audiences High ownership and accountability mindset Bonus Qualifications:     Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure technology     Knowledge of PeopleOps      Knowledge of Supply Chain     Knowledge of InfoSec   At Archer, we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent who possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay between $130,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
