As Manager Trading & Campaigns, you will plan and deliver trading and campaign initiatives that support vertical performance. You will work closely with partners in category management, marketing, and external agencies.What you will accomplish:Plan and manage Motors vertical trading activities and campaigns from concept through executionSet goals and track performance to support overall vertical targetsDevelop quarterly campaign plans that reflect retail moments, seasonality, and external market dynamicsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators to align priorities and executionMonitor market and competitor trends to generate insights that inform campaign decisionsAnalyze data and trends using internal tools and translate findings into actionsLead and contribute to smaller cross-functional projects that support business objectivesWhat you will bring:3+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or project management, ideally within a vertical-led environmentAbility to balance critical thinking with hands-on execution to respond to business performanceConfidence completing defined tasks independently and managing prioritiesComfort working with tools, systems, and data reports to support decision-makingStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse collaboratorsProficiency in German and English, with the capacity to communicate effectively in both languages#LI-ML1Additional DetailseBay is an equal opportunity employer.
