Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all requisitions and other purchase documents comply with established processes, policies and proceduresProvide support after requisition has been issued to a purchase order to internal users as well as suppliersManage all supplier onboarding requests (indirect and direct) and all changes to supplier recordsSupport purchases outside of purchase order process such as purchase card orders; including reporting and follow up with leadershipManagement of internal ordersWork closely with fellow purchasing/sourcing team on RFQ processMonitor and expedite open orders and manage open orders, as necessaryExecute ideas for cost savings with collaboration of team membersMaintain strong collaboration with internal customers to ensure products and services are delivered at the right price, quantity, quality, and timeProvide Ariba catalog enablement support and maintenance and continuous improvement of catalog processManage backend processes such as invoice resolution issues and closing POsAdvocate and enforce the Global Purchasing PolicyMaintain methodology and tools for ongoing performanceListed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
