We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.Summary:Q2 is seeking a  Senior Sales Development Representative responsible for developing new business opportunities with Non-Bank, Alt-Fi Lending organizations in the assigned region.  This role requires a deep understanding of prospect needs, aligning them with Q2’s innovative solutions to drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong FinTech sales experience.We are a fast-paced, innovative environment offering some of the most advanced solutions in the lending digitization space today. Many of the region’s top FinTechs are already Symphonix clients, and demand for scalable, intelligent lending innovation continues to grow.Responsibilities:Develop and implement lead generation strategies targeted at Non-Bank and Alt-Fi Lending organizationsConduct detailed discovery meetings to identify prospect’s needs.Responsible for marketing the company’s products and / or services via telephone with well-qualified prospect.Generates prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads. Align client goals with Q2 solutions to deliver maximum value.Up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive posture of the company.Present and sell Q2 products and services to prospective clientsParticipate in marketing events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leadsCreate, maintain, and execute a strategic territory management plan.Maintain compliance with security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policiesBuild and maintain relationships with existing customers, prospects, and partner vendorsManage sales pipelines and provide accurate forecast reportsExperience and Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience in financial technology sales, with a proven ability to exceed quotas with a Bachelors degreeStrong understanding of complex sales processes and experience in closing high-value dealsExceptional sales, presentation, and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong computer proficiency and experience with CRM toolsAbility to collaborate effectively in a team environment, working closely with support staffTravel may be requiredThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
