The Chief of Staff to the President is a critical role operating at the strategic center of a high-growth public company during a period of transformational change. You will help inform the strategy and decisions that define CLEARs role in a rapidly evolving landscape with a direct line of sight into strategy, commercial, operations, partnerships, acquisitions, and board governance. This role provides a springboard for a high-potential professional for executive leadership and we are committed to your development and transition into a senior role within CLEAR.
What you'll do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the President, pressure-testing assumptions, shaping decision framing, and ensuring critical enterprise decisions are informed by the right data and stakeholder input
Develop strategic analyses and business cases across CLEAR’s highest-priority initiatives, including new vertical expansion, competitive positioning, partnerships, and AI-driven identity infrastructure
Design and manage the President’s operating cadence, ensuring leadership meetings, governance forums, and business reviews drive clarity, alignment, and accountability
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end, particularly those that require senior-level coordination and execution discipline
Represent and support the President in engagements with internal and external stakeholders, including Board preparation, investor materials, executive communications, and key partnership interactions

The President’s top strategic priorities quickly advance with clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional alignment
Enterprise-level decisions are made with increased speed and quality, grounded in strong data, framing, and stakeholder coordination
The operating cadence of the President’s leadership forums runs with discipline, clarity, and minimal organizational friction
Measurable progress in your executive readiness, including expanded scope, strategic judgment, and influence across senior leadership
What you're great at:
Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in a high-impact operating role within high-growth, scaled organizations
Structuring complex strategic problems and translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives and Boards
Drafting Board-ready memos and executive presentations with precision, clarity, and strong executive presence
Building scalable operating rhythms, project plans, and accountability systems that convert strategy into execution
Influencing senior stakeholders with sound judgment, discretion, urgency, and low-ego collaboration

The base salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
