This role partners cross-functionally across product, marketing, loyalty, and services to translate innovation into measurable user and commercial impact within Razer’s software ecosystem.Product positioning & narrative:Advocate and operationalize established global product positioning, ensuring consistent messaging, effective go-to-market execution, and scalable lifecycle activation across regions and channels.Build executive-ready storytelling linking user engagement to business outcomesGo-to-market & lifecycle growth:Lead global launches, feature rollouts, and seasonal campaignsPartner global marketing teams to improve acquisition, activation, and retentionEstablish scalable performance benchmarksEcosystem integration:Collaborate with product, global marketing, loyalty, and payments stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to deepen engagement, monetization pathways, and retention loopsInsight-led execution:Define success metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworksTranslate behavioral data into actionable growth marketing strategyPre-Requisites :Ideal profile:5 - 6 years in product marketing, growth, or platform marketingProven experience scaling digital, gaming, or software products with measurable KPIsStrong stakeholder management across regional and cross-functional teamsBackground in gaming, software, or fintech ecosystems advantageous (experience in gaming-fintech convergence is a strong bonus)Data-driven with strong communication and executive readinessRazer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
