Trust Analyst will be responsible in analytics, reporting, policy operation and documentation related tasks.Key Responsibilities Include:Support the trust related initiatives of the entire eBay iCBT region markets including China Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, India, Japan etc.Perform data investigation and data analysis requests using SQL/R/Python/ExcelCarry out an end-to-end strategic program to manage trust performance, discovering real problems and provide real solutionsCommunicate trust programs or actions with local and global stakeholders, to ensure smooth policy launch and operationMaintain database and generate daily tracking reports on eBay seller performance metricsOther ad-hoc tasks involving SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI tool etc.Job Requirement:The desired qualities of the candidate should include:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics / Economics / Business / Computer Science or other technology related fieldsProficiency in SQL/Excel Pivot table, familiar with database knowledgeTableau skills and intermediate statistical modelling knowledge using R/PythonGood speaking, reading and writing capabilities both in English & Chinese (Mandarin)Proactive, responsive, willing to learn and strong ownershipAdditional DetailseBay is an equal opportunity employer.
