Opportunity for Impact Taxbit is seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is essential to ensuring the timely and accurate completion of complex accounting activities as the company grows rapidly. The ideal candidate will bring a revenue and accounting background and a desire to improve current processes in a high-growth SaaS environment. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, working both independently and collaboratively to scale our financial infrastructure. Role and Responsibilities Month-End Close: Own and manage aspects of the month-end close and financial reporting with high accuracy and timeliness. General Ledger: Manage general ledger accounting, including revenue recognition (ASC 606), accruals, and reconciliations. Operational Oversight: Assist with the oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accurate financial records. Internal Controls: Maintain accounting controls by following and developing accounting policies and procedures. Audit Support: Assist in managing annual financial audits and working closely with external auditors. Systems & Automation: Help implement and optimize accounting systems and automation tools to increase efficiency and scalability. Cross-Functional Support: Partner with the broader Finance team to ensure accounting outputs align with business needs. Professional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 1 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Solid understanding of US GAAP and the monthly close process. Proficiency in spreadsheets and an aptitude for financial systems. NetSuite and Ramp experience is a plus. Public accounting and/or CPA (or CPA candidate) is a plus. Integrity: Operates with high integrity, discretion, and a sense of ownership.  Compensation The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
