What will you do
DoubleVerify is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to drive successful delivery of complex software projects. You'll orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, keep projects on track, and ensure stakeholders stay informed while continuously improving engineering processes. The ideal candidate will be tech and AI savvy, proactive, highly communicative, and a team player and gets things done.
Own end-to-end execution for assigned software projects, understanding business value, critical paths, and milestones
Build and maintain project timelines
Drive project kickoffs and cross-team steering meetings
Manage dependencies across teams and communicate handoffs to external stakeholders
Provide regular written / verbal status updates utilizing automation combined with strategic thinking to provide updates on timing, risk, and action items
Own meeting lifecycle: create agendas, facilitate discussions, capture action items with ownership
Follow up proactively on action items and hold owners accountable
Drive meetings toward clear outcomes, keeping conversations focused
Lead go/no-go meetings with engineering, QA, and product stakeholders
Assess and optimize engineering processes to drive team efficiency
Coach teams on Agile practices and audit scrum ceremonies for continuous improvement
Support and facilitate planning processes
What will you do
5+ years of technical program management experience in software development
Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time
Strong project management skills: timeline development, risk management, stakeholder communication
Experience using AI for automation
Expert proficiency with Jira
Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum and experience coaching teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS environments
Background with distributed/remote teams
PMP, CSM, or relevant certifications
