Babylist is looking for a Fulfillment Center Lead for the weekend shift at our fulfillment center in Commercial Point, Ohio! This role operates on a 3/12 schedule with shifts Friday through Sunday from 6:00am to 6:30pm.
We're seeking someone who can work on the floor with the team, helping ensure work is done safely, correctly, and on time. You'll give clear direction, answer questions, and help solve problems when they come up. You won't be managing people, but you'll be someone the team can count on to lead by example and keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid warehouse experience who wants more responsibility and may want to grow into a leadership role in the future. If you're passionate about operational excellence, thrive on weekend shifts, and want to be a go-to resource for your team, we'd love to hear from you!
Note: This is a working lead role, not a management position. Leads report to warehouse supervisors and focus on floor execution, guidance, and operational support.
Who You Are

Equipment Certified: You're certified on all PIT equipment including forklift, pallet jack, order picker, and reach truck
Know the Job: You understand how to pick, pack, receive, restock, and ship products across different warehouse functions
Team Player: You work well with others and help your team succeed without needing a title to make an impact

Clear Communicator: You explain things clearly and help teammates understand what to do, whether it's a process or a safety concern
Speak & Read English: You can speak, read, and understand English to follow instructions, communicate with the team, and stay safe
Safe & Focused: You care about doing good, accurate work and following safety rules. You notice when something isn't right and address it
Physically Ready: You can stand, walk, bend, lift up to 20 lbs regularly, and stay active for 10-12 hours with breaks. You're comfortable working around noise, movement, and changing temperatures
Want to Grow: You're looking to learn more, take on new challenges, and potentially move into a supervisory role over time
Weekend Ready: You're excited about the 3/12 schedule and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated weekend operations team
How You Will Make An Impact
Work the Floor: Help keep the work moving across different parts of the warehouse, from receiving to shipping
Give Guidance: Answer teammate questions, clarify processes, and help them stay on track throughout the shift
Lead by Example: Show others how to work safely, follow warehouse processes, and maintain quality standards
Communicate with Leadership: Let your supervisor know about any delays, concerns, problems, or wins happening on the floor
Help Train New Hires: Show new team members how to do the job right and set them up for success

Maintain Safety Standards: Model safe practices, speak up when you see unsafe conditions, and help the team stay injury-free
Support Peak Performance: Help the team maintain productivity and quality even during high-volume periods
Be Ready to Grow: Show us your skills, dependability, and leadership potential. This role can be a stepping stone to a supervisory position in the future

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
