In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, efficient CRM solutions.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, is passionate about user adoption, and stays current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem innovations.
