Title: Education Architect, IntLocation: UK or PolandAbout the role:As an Education Architect, Int, you help customers get the most out of their Blue Yonder solutions. You deliver engaging, hands-on training for new and existing customers, develop and update courses and materials using real-world scenarios, and make learning practical and memorable. You stay on top of solution updates and industry trends, and work closely with Product Management, Product Development, and Professional Services teams to keep training relevant and impactful.This role directly influences customer adoption and success while growing your own expertise in training delivery and contributing to key learning metrics, including customer satisfaction, training quality, and adoption outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, hands-on training across assigned Blue Yonder solutions, tailoring sessions to meet customer learning objectivesDevelop and update courses and materials, incorporating real-world scenarios to make learning practical and memorableCollaborate with Product Management, Product Development, and Professional Services to keep training aligned with the latest capabilities and roadmap changesUse practical examples to help learners apply concepts effectivelyCollect feedback and continuously improve the training experienceEnsure sessions are professional, high-quality, and engagingTrack learning metrics, including customer satisfaction, training quality, and adoption outcomes, to measure impactSkills & CompetenciesFacilitate instructor-led classroom sessions with clarity and confidenceCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesSolve functional and technical challenges in real time during training sessionsMaintain a professional presence in customer-facing interactionsAdapt delivery style to meet the needs and context of learnersDevelop and refine training content to keep it current and effectiveCollaborate across teams to align on content, updates, and delivery approachStay organized and maintain attention to quality in all aspects of training deliveryQualificationsFunctional or technical experience in one warehouse management systems (WMS)3–5 years of experience delivering training or relevant industry experience in supply chain, operations, or Professional ServicesStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in customer-facing roles such as training, Professional Services, or operational enablementAbility to travel internationallyBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceExperience with legacy Blue Yonder solutions is welcome; willingness and ability to learn new capabilities is requiredOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
