Back to jobs New Manager, Talent Acquisition Hyderabad, Telangana, India Apply Opportunity Overview: The Manager, Talent Acquisition will play a critical role in supporting Cohere Health’s growth by leading recruiting efforts in Hyderabad. This leader will drive hiring strategies to attract top technical talent while also supporting G&A and operations recruitment. Reporting to the Director, People India, with a dotted-line to the Director, Talent Acquisition in the U.S., the Manager will oversee full lifecycle recruiting and day-to-day team leadership to ensure we meet our ambitious hiring goals. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with execution. The Manager will design and apply innovative sourcing approaches, manage candidate pipelines, and provide a seamless candidate experience. Success in this role requires deep expertise in technical recruiting, proven experience collaborating with global leaders, and familiarity with healthtech hiring or adjacent space. What you’ll do: Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top technical, G&A, and operations talent Lead, mentor, and manage the local Talent Acquisition team while handling full lifecycle recruiting for priority roles Partner closely with the Director, People India, the U.S. TA leadership, and business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and align on talent strategies Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion across all hiring practices Maintain Cohere Health’s high caliber candidate experience to ensure Cohere is recognized as an employer of choice Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Leverage Greenhouse and other tools to track, measure, and optimize recruiting processes Stay current on market trends and best practices in technical recruiting, healthtech, and high-growth environments Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies  Required Qualifications: 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including extensive technical recruiting 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across technical, G&A, and operations functions 2+ years of people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team Experience working with global leaders across geographies and functions Hands-on expertise with sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation techniques Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Data-driven recruiting mindset with a track record of using metrics to guide decisions Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment Ability to commute/relocate: Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana*: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) * we will be opening a new office in the HITEC City area in early 2026 Interview Process*: Connect with the Hiring Manager  Behavioral Interview(s) Case Study Interview with Senior Leadership *Subject to change About Cohere Health: Cohere Health’s clinical intelligence platform delivers AI-powered solutions that streamline access to quality care by improving payer-provider collaboration, cost containment, and healthcare economics.
