We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and has accountability across product marketing, content, communications, and campaign management. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with global Operations, Product, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Growth, and Brand/Creative teams to turn complex products and services into clear, differentiated stories that drive action. You will be expected to move quickly, operate with ambiguity, own marketing programs end-to-end, and make thoughtful tradeoffs while maintaining a high bar for quality and impact.
Our business serves two core audiences: Healthcare Providers (including physicians and clinical research coordinators) and Life Sciences sponsors (pharma, biotech, and CRO partners). In this role, your primary focus will be Provider audience and will be vital in advancing awareness, education, engagement, and advocacy.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will help define and execute marketing strategy, own product and service messaging, develop high-impact content, and lead integrated communication and campaign initiatives end-to-end. You will be a hands-on, strategic marketer who excels in fast-paced, evolving environments and is comfortable operating with autonomy, accountability, and influence - balancing big-picture thinking with strong execution to scale marketing programs globally.
Specific Duties
Increase provider engagement and community building across the global site network by developing programs, communications, and content that strengthen participation, loyalty, and long-term advocacy
Increase awareness, understanding, and adoption among referring physicians through targeted education initiatives, value-based messaging, and multi-channel campaigns that clearly articulate clinical, operational, and patient benefits
Own product and service messaging, positioning, and differentiation , including claims development, proof points, and competitive narratives that translate complex offerings into clear, credible, and compelling value propositions
Create and oversee high-impact content across channels, including web, email, sales enablement, presentations, campaigns - owning end-to-end management including strategy, creation, review, and delivery
Enable provider-facing teams by developing toolkits, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets that support pitching, onboarding, and continued engagement
Support go-to-market strategy and execution for therapeutic and product/service growth areas , leveraging market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and launch plans
Support marketing initiatives with our strategic partners , co-creating campaigns and content that expand reach and drive mutual value
Support brand strategy through consistent messaging, narrative development, and measurement, owning the design, execution, and analysis of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and related brand health surveys to capture provider sentiment, generate actionable insights, and inform continuous improvements across marketing, product, and provider experience

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and content development skills
6 - 8 years of experience, including 3+ years in marketing or related marketing functions
Experience in marketing to healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot
Prior experience in clinical research industry or GI/Hepatology therapeutic area
Travel
Location: Hybrid role at headquarters in NYC or Cambridge, MA
Travel: 10 - 15%
