Associate Content Analyst

We are looking for an Associate Content Analyst to join our Trademark Indexing Team in Belgrade, Serbia. This is an amazing opportunity to work on providing curated trademarks to the market and as such enabling our customers to make informed decisions about their trademarks. We have a great skill set in languages, problem solving and attention to detail and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in languages, analytics and a hands-on attitude.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsProficient in English and 1 or more of these languages: French/Italian/Spanish/GermanProficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook....)Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experienceIt would be great if you also have . . .Prior experience with Agile methodology1 year of experience in a customer focused environment with data entry experienceStrong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.Prior experience working with TrademarksWhat will you be doing in this role?Validating, editing, and enriching trademark info of trademark records. Assure quality of trademark dataDeliver high quality trademark records by ensuring completeness, proper data structure and timeliness of trademark updatesAssist in resolving data entry and system problemsProvide internal feedback to management on opportunities to improve data quality or processCross training whenever applicable as we’re operating in an ever-changing world and maintain an active understanding of the IP industry.About the TeamTrademark Indexing is a dynamic team operating in a fast‑evolving industry.
