All positions, unless otherwise specified, can be performed remotely (within the US and Canada) regardless of any specified location above.  About The Team You will be joining the legal team reporting into the Chief Compliance Officer with very close collaboration with the finance team and the corporate development team.  About the Job You will advise on U.S. corporate and securities matters, including public company regulations, corporate secretary and governance matters, subsidiary and legal entity management, M&A, corporate finance, and  partnerships. This role requires a highly proficient knowledge of SEC and Nasdaq rules, as well as state corporate law. This role also requires experience with M&A, corporate finance and will support large partnerships.  The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment, and a results-oriented approach. You will operate as part of a supportive team focused on cross-functional collaboration within Life360 to advise on public company matters as well as M&A and corporate finance. You must have the ability to thrive in a collaborative high-pressure environment and effectively partner across the company including with finance, investor relations and corporate communications teams. The US-based salary range for this position is $147k-237k. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
