Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Vega

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Vega software development team in Belgrade. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth, stability, and continuous improvement of our applicationAbout You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsMinimum of 2 years of experience working with manual and automated testing of modern web applications and Web UIs in Java, SeleniumProficiency in EnglishBachelor’s degree in computer science and/or similar field, or equivalent industry experience  What will you be doing in this role?Design, implement, execute, and debug/fix manual tests of moderate complexityIdentify risk and develop and implement mitigation plansConfigure regression framework to run against different instancesEstimate effort required for given story or taskProvide inputs and escalate issues in bug triage meetings and coordinate with development teamUse developing skills to conduct root cause analysis, escalating significantly complex issues as necessaryAbout the ProductThe Vega project is a very forward-thinking engagement and customer relations suite of tools for public libraries, to help library administrators reach out to and involve both their patrons and their communities in with more directed and personalized interactions.  Vega is an AWS based SaaS multi-tenant platform, with multiple cross functional components which combine to deliver unified, connected data experience across a library’s internal and marketing data, to a customer interaction management suite that is available for use by public libraries worldwide!   About the TeamYou will be joining one of our agile development teams and will work alongside developers, designers, product experts and QA engineers to deliver frequent value to library staff and patrons across the globe.Hours of WorkFull-time position, typical hours are until 6PM CEST, to align with the US-East timeframes for reporting purposes.
