Carta is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist (Companies) to join our marketing team in Singapore. This role sits within Carta’s regional marketing organization covering Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa.
Carta expanded to Singapore in 2021, and we are building a world-class team to support the startup ecosystem across the region. As part of a rapidly growing team, you will join a dynamic and diverse group of people who are responsible for Carta’s growth across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, and get the opportunity to fuel the growth of the rocket ship.
This role reports up to Carta’s Head of Marketing for the region and is suited for someone who can operate independently, think commercially, and translate strategy into execution across digital campaigns, events, and lifecycle marketing.
The Problems You’ll Solve
Demand Generation & Digital Campaigns
Own and execute regional demand generation campaigns targeting startup founders, CFOs and more, across digital channels (paid social, search, display, email and website)
Support 1:many ABM motions, gifting campaigns, and multi-touch nurture programs to drive pipeline and accelerate opportunities
Partner closely with the SDRs and sales to align campaigns with territory priorities, improve lead quality and optimize follow-up
Lifecycle & Lead Nurture
Build and optimize full-funnel lifecycle programs, from acquisition through conversion and re-engagement
Work with marketing operations to ensure accurate attribution, funnel visibility, and consistent handoff to sales
Events (Owned & Sponsored)
Own the marketing strategy and execution for Carta-hosted events (virtual and in-person) designed to engage the startup ecosystem
Evaluate, negotiate and manage sponsorships of city-wide ecosystem events, ensuring clear ROI and alignment with demand objectives
Support event marketing, attendee journeys, and on-the-ground execution where required
Digital Optimization & Analytics
Set campaign success metrics, analyze performance across channels and regions, and continuously optimize on data and insights
Provide clear reporting and recommendations to hiring manager
Cross-Functional Support
Act a the primary partner to the companies sales team across the region
Collaborate closely with content, sales, product marketing and other regional stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency across the funnel
Help establish repeatable playbooks and best practices
Support additional initiatives as team scales
The Impact You’ll Have
As a Senior Demand Generation Specialist at Carta, you will directly influence pipeline growth and revenue from startups across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. You will shape how Carta engages founders at scale, while building durable, repeatable demand programs in fast-growing markets.
About You
~5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in Saas, Fintech or the private markets ecosystem
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (business, marketing)
Proven experience owning regional or multi-market demand programs
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and SDR-led sales motions
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable operating independently and prioritizing across competing regional needs
Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics to inform decisions
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
Strong interest in startups, founders, and the operational challenges of growing companies
Nice to have:
Experience with marketing and sales platforms (such as Salesforce, Marketo, Figma, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Experience marketing to startup founders or CFOs
Familiarity with the startup, venture of private markets ecosystem
Experience working across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa
