This person is also responsible for maintaining any and all badge access requests. Primary Responsibilities: Greet and provide customer service for all employees, visitors and guests, in a polite and helpful mannerManage and maintain onsite security processes as defined by GWS guidelines, including, but not limited to:The creation of temporary/contractor/FTE badges, access adjustmentsTroubleshooting and verifying requests for additional permissionsOverseeing visitor security access card distribution and retrieval processEnter in 3rd party vendor tickets regarding onsite issues or requestsCoordinate and communicate scheduling of all workProvide manual access to spaces requiring hard-keys, as necessaryConduct walkthroughs of work areas to verify scope and/completed workAppropriately route all incoming/outgoing mail and packages from couriers, as neededMaintain cleanliness and order in the Shipping & Receiving areaProcess, schedule and track Fed Ex label and freight requests, as necessaryMaintain cleanliness and order in the Shipping & Receiving areaManage and maintain the appearance of all conference/collaboration rooms and event spacesManage the appearance of common areas and break roomsPerform AM/PM daily rounds of hotel desks, meeting spaces and kitchensOrder all offices supplies, as dictated by the receptionistManage and maintain space planning, floor plans and MAC workAssign and prioritize SNOW tickets to the correct team membersManage all GWS escalations (c-suite requests, employee escalations, HR requests)Own and coordinate event management process from start to finishManage Lenel software (building security) and update security schedule(s), as necessaryCreate, update, maintain and enforce all operational SOP’sOther Responsibilities:Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.Perform other related duties as assigned.
