The Tubi Builder’s Program is designed for early-career professionals in Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Design and Data Science who are passionate about building products that impact millions of users. Over the course of the program, Associate Product Managers (APMs) will rotate through multiple product teams, gaining experience in product strategy, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
As an APM, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive execution. You’ll gain exposure to at least three different product domains while building core skills in product strategy, user research, data analysis, and AI-assisted development.
This program is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for building technology, and the ability to think critically about product and user experience.
What You'll Do:
Throughout the program, you will:
Rotate across three product teams, gaining exposure to different business areas
Work with engineering, design, and business teams to define and build impactful products
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and generate data-driven insights to guide product decisions
Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, feature specs, and success metrics.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to turn product requirements into prototypes and production-ready solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to balance technical feasibility, user needs, and business impact
Participate in mentorship, training sessions, and leadership exposure throughout the program
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for building great products, solving user problems, and adopting new technologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A strong drive to take on new challenges, experiment with new tools or ideas, and continuously learn - whether through academic projects, internships, or self-driven initiatives
Preferred Qualifications :
Work Experience: Up to three years of combined professional experience, including internships
Internship or project experience in product management, software engineering, UX, operations, or data analysis
Technical background or knowledge of software development
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Program Eligibility Requirements:
GPA Requirement: Minimum 3.0 GPA
Application Deadline: February 15, 2026
Program Timeline: Minimum 18 month commitment, starting Aug 2026, after which successful participants will transition into non-rotational full-time roles
Work Schedule: Full-time, hybrid in San Francisco with office day requirements
Work Authorization: Must have U.S. work authorization; we are unable to sponsor visas for this program
Committed and available to work for the entire 18 month length of the program
About the Program:
Our Tubi Builder’s Associate Product Manager Program is structured to accelerate the careers of future product leaders by providing them with hands-on experience across multiple product domains. Through structured rotations, mentorship, and executive exposure, APMs gain strategic experience, preparing them for a full-time product management role.
By the end of the program, you will:

Develop a strong foundation in product management.
Build relationships with mentors, executives, and fellow APMs.

High cost labor markets such as but not limited to Los Angeles, New York City, and San Francisco $118,000 - $123,000 USD
