We are seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Life Sciences & Healthcare team. This role plays a critical part in driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and advancing sales opportunities across Clarivate’s portfolio of data, analytics, and intelligence solutions.You will work closely with senior sales leaders to support the end-to-end sales process - from initial prospect engagement through deal progression - by engaging decision-makers, uncovering customer needs, and contributing directly to successful outcomes.By collaborating with other commercial teams to maximize revenue opportunities from prospects and existing clients, you will maintain a robust pipeline for future sales by sourcing new prospects as well as qualifying inbound leads for conversion.  What will you be doing in this role?   Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and strategic follow-up on inbound leadsEngage senior decision-makers across life sciences and healthcare organizations to understand business challenges and prioritiesQualify prospects and collaborate with sales executives to advance opportunities toward closeResearch target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and build informed outreach strategiesMaintain and expand a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within your assigned territorySupport active deals by contributing insights, coordinating next steps, and helping drive momentum through the sales cycleAccurately document activities, opportunities, and progress within SalesforceAchieve activity, pipeline, and revenue-influencing targets aligned to quarterly goalsAbout You – Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of relevant experienceComfort engaging senior-level stakeholders via phone, email, and virtual meetingsProficiency with Salesforce (or similar tool) and MS Office SuiteIt would be great if you also haveDegree in sciencesProficiency with Salesforce (or similar tool) and MS Office SuiteSelling Software and Services into the Life Science and/or pharmaceutical sectors About the Team     Our team operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a strong emphasis on preparation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
