Lead Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Lead Delivery Manager who will be a part of the Delivery Management team in Belgrade. As a Lead Delivery Manager, you will be leading all phases of technology delivery: from planning through execution and post-delivery, managing areas such as stakeholders, communication, risks and dependencies management. This is a cross-functional role covering all areas and stakeholders involved in technology delivery, establishing a shared vision within the agreed delivery framework and technology standards. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments7+ years of relevant experience working within SDLC with at least 3 years in leading Project/Program/Delivery Management5+ years of experience building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership3+ years of experience leading new solution development projects and collaborating with engineering teamsIt would be great if you also have. . .Exposure to working with multi-cultural, global, and remote teamsProject Management related certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)Technical Proficiency: experience utilizing Jira, Confluence, or similar tool What will you be doing in this role?Creates project plans (scope, timeline, resourcing) in collaboration with all stakeholders from different areas. Provides day-to-day oversight of the project; involves constantly monitoring the project's progress, identifying bottlenecks, and, working with all stakeholders (product, tech, delivery management) to decide the necessary actions to keep the project on track. Constantly engages in dependencies management (outside the teams) and impediment removal. Facilitates change management by assessing the impact of changes, communicating them to the team, and adjusting project plans accordingly. Acts as an expert in project management, Agile, and other industry best practices, and can select/combine and coach the team to meet project goals. Manages potential risks and works with the team to develop mitigation strategiesActively contributes to evolving internal delivery processes/framework. About the TeamThis role will be responsible for managing three medium‑sized Product Development projects and their squads, while overseeing the Trademark domain and its supporting technologies.
