Reporting to the Travel and Expense Team Lead, this individual contributor role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing of employee expense claims while contributing to the overall performance and service levels of the Expense Management team.The role partners closely with employees, people managers, and cross-functional teams including Procure to Pay, Controllers, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and Internal Audit. This position operates in a fast-paced environment, particularly during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close periods, and requires strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills.Key Responsibilities:Review, audit, and process employee travel and expense claims to ensure compliance with global Travel and Expense policies and accuracy of submitted informationProcess expense reimbursements efficiently using the company’s Expense Reimbursement System while meeting defined service level agreements and KPIsProvide guidance and support to employees and managers on expense-related questions and policy interpretationDevelop, update, and maintain documentation related to expense reimbursement processes, including standard operating procedures and training materialsSupport the implementation of system enhancements, policy updates, and procedural changes related to expense managementIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projectsCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Finance, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and business units to resolve issues and improve end-to-end expense processesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldOpen to fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in Travel and Expense, Finance Operations, or a related functionExperience using SAP Concur (administrator or processor role) is a plusExperience with Workday is an advantageExposure to processing expenses across multiple global locations is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelStrong attention to detail with a consistent and accurate approach to workStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organizationCustomer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage high volumes of work in a deadline-driven environmentStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamAdaptability and openness to change in a dynamic operational environmentFlexibility to work day or mid shifts as required#LI-AR2#LI-HybridIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Genesys® empowers more than 8,000 organizations worldwide to create the best customer and employee experiences.
