Lead Development Operations Engineer

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity within Clarivate Analytics to support the Brand IP space, including online customer-facing applications and internal applications in a hybrid environment.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsMinimum 7+ years of professional experience in software development, system administration or a closely related area5 + years of experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines3 + years of experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, EBS, RDS, etc.)It would be great if you also have . . . Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or a related fieldStrong experience with TeamCity and GitHubExperience with managing containerized environments, especially EKS with strong UNIX / Linux command-line skillsAbility to write effective shell (bash) and Perl scripts to automate procedures and workflowsExperience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructureFamiliarity with administration and configuration of Java, Apache, and Tomcat applicationsKnowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog and CloudWatchWhat will you be doing in this role?Supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining build and test environments in cloud and on premises. Partnering with different teams to lead application deployments into production, including refreshed existing applications and new initiatives.Maintaining environments by implementing and executing patch management and technology refreshes.Collaborating with data center operations and technology teams to resolve tactical infrastructure issues and completing strategic projects. Managing tasks through JIRA and maintaining documentation in Confluence/wiki.Products you will be supportingAs a Lead DevOps Engineer within Clarivate Analytics you will be supporting the build and deploy processes in the Brand IP space including online customer facing applications as well as internal applications in a hybrid environment for the Trademark business.
