Core responsibilities include owning product requirements, contributing to product vision and roadmap execution, supporting go-to-market activities, and ensuring successful customer adoption across global markets.Current technical environment:Product Area: Pricing, Promotion Management, Promotion OptimizationIndustry Domain: Retail, Supply Chain Planning, Merchandising, Sales ForecastingDeployment Models: Cloud-based, SaaS, enterprise multi-tenant platformsMethodologies: Agile / Scrum, Iterative Product DevelopmentWhat you'll do:Act as a subject matter expert for Blue Yonder Pricing and Promotion Management products, supporting internal teams and customersDefine and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in partnership with Product Directors and leadershipGather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesWork closely with PD Product Owners and engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear functional designsEstablish feature acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionalityOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with customer value and business goalsIdentify product gaps through Business Process Analysis and recommend enhancements aligned with best practicesSupport sales and pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, product demonstrations, and customer presentationsPartner with Customer Care, Support Services, and Implementation teams to resolve complex customer issuesCollect and incorporate feedback from customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to improve product qualityParticipate in customer-facing engagements to understand end-user workflows and “day-in-the-life” processesSupport product launches, ensuring features are delivered correctly and on scheduleContribute to UI/UX standards and usability improvementsSupport analyst briefings and inquiries related to Promotion Management and Optimization solutionsAssist in product modernization initiatives, including transformation to cloud-native platformsCoordinate effectively across global, cross-location teamsWhat we are looking for:Proven experience as a Product Manager or Subject Matter Expert in promotions management, retail planning, or supply chain softwareStrong understanding of retail pricing, promotions, forecasting, and KPI performance analysisExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering and product teamsAbility to define and execute product strategy based on research, data, and industry trendsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives and changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to work closely with customers and internal stakeholdersExperience supporting sales enablement, pre-sales, and customer success activitiesComfortable working with global and cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel 5–10%, based on customer and sales support needsOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
