Renewal Advisor
The Renewal Advisor is responsible for owning and executing customer renewal strategies for a portfolio of mid-to-large accounts. This role focuses on driving high renewal rates, minimizing churn, and strengthening long-term customer relationships through value-driven conversations, proactive planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
About the role
As a Renewal Advisor you will:
Own end-to-end renewal management for a portfolio of customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all renewal-related matters
Drive successful renewals through value-based discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract management
Proactively identify renewal risks, mitigate churn, and develop account-level renewal strategies
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-aligned renewals
Lead renewal calls, business reviews, and executive-level discussions, articulating product value, usage insights, and ROI
Analyse customer data, usage trends, and forecasts to inform renewal strategy and improve outcomes
Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility
We are looking for you if you have:
5+ years in customer-facing roles, with at least 3 years in quota carrying Renewals or Account Management roles
Proven success driving renewal rates, reducing churn, and growing recurring revenue
Experience managing complex renewal cycles, including pricing and contract negotiations for mid-to-large accounts
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; familiarity with SaaS commercial models and licensing preferred
Experienced in forecasting and pipeline management
