This is a high-impact role where you’ll help lead key initiatives to improve reliability, performance, and developer experience as we continue migrating toward container-based services. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform . Help define and improve our cloud infrastructure on Azure . Work closely with engineering teams to streamline deployments and build robust CI/CD pipelines. Support our shift toward containerization (e.g. Kubernetes ). Collaborate with teams across the business to support growth, scalability, and automation. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support uptime and stability. What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience in software engineering , including coding and technical problem-solving  Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure in a production environment. Solid knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices. Experience with containerization ( Docker/Kubernetes ) and CI/CD tools. Extensive hands-on knowledge of  Kubernetes and its ecosystem Expertise with the latest CI/CD tools such as GHA, Azure Devops, ArgoCD, FluxCD etc. Well-versed in the principles of cloud security, with a practical mindset toward secure infrastructure design. Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously with distributed teams. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and share knowledge. 8+ years of relevant experience in Azure Architecture , DevOps/SRE or similar roles. The total pay range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000.
