Job Description:As the Workday System Administrator you will support the Finance and HR teams. You will have the ability to enhance and evaluate the team’s experience by providing real time data for leaders to make decisions.What you’ll get to do:Responsible for the successful maintenance of all aspects of Financial and HR modules within WorkdayConfigures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support functions, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounting, FP&A, and T&EPartner with stakeholders in Finance, Human Resources and IT to ensure a positive experienceMaintain System interfaces and Integrations with downstream systemsCommunicate effectively with project stakeholders across teams and levelsDiagnose and resolve related inquiries and elevate issues for resolution as appropriateGenerate, analyze, and distribute recurring Finance metrics and ad-hoc reportsCollaborate with users to provide excellent support and expertise related to system options, limitations, and dependenciesProvide recommendations for related enhancements and upgradesYou should apply if you have most of this experience:5+ years hands-on Workday FDM experience2+ years of Workday experienceStrong attention to detailProven track record of execution-driven results and meeting commitmentsSelf-motivated, quick learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWell organized and able to work in a complex and multifaceted environmentWhat puts you over the top:Workday Certification highly preferredPrior use of Adaptive PlanningKnowledge of utilizing Business Intelligence tools to analyze and produce reportsExperience with other Workday modules (Security, HCM)IAS Pay Transparency: The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location.
