The ideal candidate is fluent in English, with Spanish as a plus, and passionate about developing business opportunities across diverse markets. Responsibilities Account ResearchResearch target accounts and identify key decision makers and personasAcquire key/targeted personas using a variety of modern sales enablement toolsCustomer CommunicationGenerate interest, qualify leads, and grow the sales pipeline via proactive phone outreach, emails, and social media within the assigned territory Territory Management & StrategyDevelop leads to stimulate new business, coordinating second-level meetings/calls for Account ExecutivesCollaborate with Managers, Inside Sales Associates, and Account Executives to create targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging that drive sales opportunitiesMonitor social media and online channels for emerging sales opportunities and leads Cross-Functional Team CoordinationFollow up on marketing campaigns and provide detailed feedback on their effectiveness to Sales Management and Marketing ManagersActively participate in regional sales team meetings and callsCollaborate with Marketing to support regional eventsReportingAccurately record and document all calls, emails, meetings, tours, and sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC)Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitativeBuilding Customer RelationshipsEstablish relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts and prospects across Latin America  QualificationsFluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred)Strong focus on building lasting relationships with potential clients across Latin AmericaExpertise in account research and prospecting via multiple channelsProven background in territory management and cross-functional collaborationCRM (SFDC/Salesforce) proficiency for tracking and reporting activitiesAdvanced Excel skills: proficiency in complex functions, data analysis, and PivotTablesExperience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint for effective collaboration and presentations Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
