The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Motion Designer & Multimedia Producer to lead high-impact visual storytelling across brand and product initiatives. You’ll combine creative direction, motion design, and multimedia production to create videos, animations, and experiences that communicate how project44’s technology moves the world.
This role blends strategy and execution —from concept to delivery—and collaborates closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams globally.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end production of motion graphics, product explainers, and brand videos.
Translate complex product concepts into simple, engaging visuals and narratives.
Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics, typography, and product visualizations.
Edit and finalize high-quality videos with strong storytelling, sound, and pacing.
Present creative concepts to leadership and incorporate strategic feedback.
Explore and integrate AI-powered tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kaiber, etc.) to speed workflows and expand creative possibilities.
Maintain and evolve project44’s motion identity and multimedia standards.
What You’ll Bring
6–8 years of experience in motion design, animation, or multimedia production in tech, SaaS, or creative environments.
Strong portfolio showing excellence in 2D/3D motion, editing, and storytelling.
Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop .
Proficiency with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya ; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve a plus.
Familiarity with Figma and rapid prototyping for UI/UX motion.
Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced creative tools and a drive to innovate.
Confident communication, presentation, and collaboration across global teams.
Nice to Have
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise tech .
Understanding of design systems and motion standards.
Ability to visualize product roadmaps or executive-level concepts.
