Business Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a highly motivated and curious Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team at Clarivate, reporting to the Director of Business Operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You’ll be at the heart of A&G's strategic operations, supporting our global Software business unit and partnering with teams across the organization to drive efficiency, insight, and innovation.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field2+ years of Advanced Excel skills2+ years of experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or other BI tools.Proficiency in EnglishIt would be great if you also had . . .Familiarity with Quote-To-Cash and\or Sales processesPrior experience in data analysis or business operations or similar rolesExperience working in a global organizationPower BI experienceWhat will you be doing in this role?Perform data analysis to support decision-making and business insightsPartner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements for process and system enhancementsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisionsDesign and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiencyAutomate workflows and support infrastructure improvements in Salesforce and other internal systemsCollaborate with tech and other teams on strategic initiatives and go-to-market activitiesExperiment with AI tools and solutions to enhance business processes and insightsAbout the TeamYou’ll be joining a small and collaborative team that works closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across multiple functions.
