You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.Job SummaryResponsible for analyzing data trends and supporting and developing improvement changesResponsibilitiesData Exploration, Audits, and CleansingExplores data within multiple database sources to determine correlations and causal relations between variablesCreates complex ad hoc reports, using insights from data exploration to build comprehensive reports with visualizations and insightsPerforms audits of data within business systems/platformsPerforms follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracyProblem Solving/AssessmentDetermines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of functional and/or cross-functional issues (sometimes complex or with a high level of ambiguity)Identifies process gaps and issuesAssesses impact of manual workaroundsWork to proactively address potential impacts to the businessAlignment, Consistency & PrioritizationSupports in making changes to enable customer benefitsParticipates in cross-functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization effortsObtains, creates, and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholdersWorks with the BSAs and development team on solution design and developmentAssesses solutions from multiple anglesReviews functional design, working closely with BSAs and dev teams to ensure the solution meets requirementsPartners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areasStakeholder ManagementReaches out to stakeholders to clarify requestsManages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functionsMakes recommendations of what data should be explored and debriefs with client to explain data insightsIdentifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectivelyEscalates to resolve complex stakeholder issuesAnalytics CoachingExplains data to peers and stakeholders, and prepares them to present data and answer questionsScheduled ReportsDownloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined scheduleDelivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the report QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferred or 5+ years of experience in a related technical fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelProficient in SQLPossess excellent time management skills, is comfortable working independently, and managing multiple prioritiesStrong analytical skills to work with complex business problems and systems challengesStrong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively to large groupsAbility to present effectively to executive leadership and articulate business decisions clearlyExcellent organization skills with strong attention to detailStrong understanding of enterprise systemsThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 88,000 - 132,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
